Community-Based Services and Support: Dementia Friendly Clark County Needs Assessment
Services and supports for family caregivers of people with dementia are needed in communities striving to become dementia friendly. They include home and community-based support organizations, social service organizations, community outreach and wellness organizations, organizations that provide counseling, support groups, caregiver coaching, care consultation, respite, education and training on dementia care needs.
