Clinic Healthcare Providers: Dementia Friendly Clark County Needs Assessment
Clinicians play a critical role in a dementia friendly community from identification of cognitive impairment and assessment to management of dementia. This survey can be completed by anyone in the community, particularly those whose role is providing healthcare services.
